It was February 6th and my client wanted her house on the market by March 6th! The assessment indicated that it needed repairs, paint, carpet and new appliances. All of these needed to be done while the family was living in the house and preparing to move! PHEW!
I created a detail calendar of what needed to be done. My client was a rock star and photos were taken on March 5th! The home sold in less than a week and way over asking price! We increased the value of her home way beyond what the realtor expected. That made me happy and my client very happy.:)
